Private yoga session add-on

When you purchase a private yoga session along with your class series, we will have a chance to take a look at what’s going on more closely. We will discuss your personal goals, talk about challenges that you face and try to figure out how we can make the yoga series more effective for your specific situation. I will observe your movement, listen to your concerns and give you more specific recommendations about which poses and practices to focus on. You can have your session in person in my studio in Portland OR, or online. On-line yoga sessions are just as effective, and you can do them from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a computer or mobile device with an internet connection. Either way, you will walk away from your session with a better understanding of your condition and specific strategies for managing it.

– Fill out the information form to tell me about what’s going on in your life and what you would like my help with. The more I know about your situation the better – it helps me make your yoga practice very specific.
