When “shelter-in-place” order was first issued in my city, I thought that I would be super productive while staying at home. I had visions of finishing my many work projects, doing lots of yoga and spending plenty of time with my family. However, my optimistic visions never manifested, as I find myself juggling more tasks than ever. On top of that, I find that I am often distracted and uninspired. You now what helps every time? Pranayama. Even ten minutes of simple breathing tends to clear my mind and get me back on track.
