Keep moving

Many of us are now back at our screens for work, which means that our necks, backs and hips might get cranky again. To prevent that from happening, I like to infuse tiny movement breaks into my day whenever I have a natural break at work. Check out these simple standing moves that you can do any time. They are very useful for increasing circulation into all the key areas that get tight from computer work. Each movement moves your neck, back and hips at the same time. You can do one movement for 6-10 repetitions, or combine several of them together in any order – whatever feels best for your body.
