Loosen your hips and discharge mental energy when your mind is noisy and your body is stiff

If you spend all day in a static position in front of your computer screen, your hips are bound to get stiff and most of your energy concentrates in your mind. This short yoga practice encourages you to move that energy down into your body, release tension from your hips, get more grounded, and “bloom” from the ground up.
