Yoga Boost: Release tension in the upper back and focus on what matters

If you spend a long time every day in front of the computer screen, you are more likely to adopt a slouched posture, which can affect you in a variety of ways. Slouching can lead to stiffness in your neck and upper back, mess up your breathing patterns, and have a negative impact on your mood and self-esteem. To prevent this from happening, it helps to get up throughout the day and move your upper body to loosen up stiff muscles and move stagnant energy.

In this short practice, we focus on circulating the energy throughout the upper body, use Krama (segmented) inhalation to build stamina and create space around your heart, and reflect on what’s most important to you right now to give meaning to your day.

liked the invitation at the end, to focus on what really matters. A really valid moment of meditation to do daily. Although the symbol is on the screen to have the video full screen I was not able to access full screen, the message: full screen unavailable.
