Lovely fish out of water move. Thank you so much for so many years of practice. It is wonderful to watch you evolve and I am aging with agility and grace (I hope) thanks to time spent with you.

Very nice and helpful practice. Exactly how I feel sometimes when I am trying to sleep — very tired but flopping around like a fish.

Thanks Olga. I have spent a lot of time with this practice over the last few months when I’m feeling too tired to do a more intense practice, and I have a noticeably improved sleep when I do it right before bed! I love the held bridge pose – my body always vibrates as muscles loosen during that. The washing waves always make me laugh at first as I grew up by wild beaches and my first thought is always a huge wave washing sand into my mouth! 🙂
