Relieve hip stiffness and drain anxious energy when you feel tired and antsy
Do you ever feel like you are so tired at the end of your day but still full of antsy energy? Try this short yoga practice to shake it out! This practice is done entirely on your back, so it is not energetically demanding. It helps relieve hip stiffness, drain unwanted anxious energy, and connect to your heart center.

Thanks Olga. I have spent a lot of time with this practice over the last few months when I’m feeling too tired to do a more intense practice, and I have a noticeably improved sleep when I do it right before bed! I love the held bridge pose – my body always vibrates as muscles loosen during that. The washing waves always make me laugh at first as I grew up by wild beaches and my first thought is always a huge wave washing sand into my mouth! 🙂
