Short yoga practice to get you ready for anything

Sometimes you want to do something active but find it hard to get going. This short yoga practice can give you a needed energetic boost for whichever activity you wish to engage in. Simply begin by breathing into your chest, then your solar plexus, then your belly, and you will immediately feel a slight energetic shift.
In this short standing practice, we use movement, breath and attention to loosen up the body and boost your energy. We use the technique of Krama (segmented) inhalation throughout the practice to increase your breathing capacity and build up your energy. It’s OK to challenge your breath a bit, but make sure that you never force it. Please give it a try and let me know how it feels!
