The movement of your legs and rhythmic respiration work together to facilitate an upward flow of fluids within your body, specifically lymph and blood. Exercising and toning the muscles of your legs helps to improve circulation and keeps you stable and mobile.

In this short practice, we direct our energy and attention to our legs to stabilize the knees, stretch and strengthen the ankles, prevent foot problems, facilitate a steady flow of lymph throughout the body, and improve circulation. We also use Bee breath and Inner Movement/Outer Stillness meditation to experience the energy flow and find the perfect balance between stability and mobility in our body and mind.

thank you olga. i enjoyed this, feel strong grounded centered and at ease. needed to modify the forward folks and found ease in the sequence. love brhamari!!!

You are truly a gifted teacher Olga. I loved this practice even though I found it a slight challenge in the beginning . I am late sixties now and feel I need these leg strengthening poses and also holding the balance is so good for mind and body. I have fallen away from my regular practice over the past few years due to family commitments and I can really feel my body weakening so these yoga boosts are so good at getting me back on my mat now with a renewed commitment .
