Superwoman warm-up

The way we carry our bodies in our daily lives affect the way we feel. Open, expansive postures, similar to the Superwoman stance, make us feel assertive, powerful and confident; they decrease anxiety and make us more optimistic. This short yoga practice uses expansive, open body positions, some simple balancing postures and stable Superwoman stance to help you cultivate a sense of powerful presence. Let’s try to do this 7-minute movement practice every day this week to see how it affects your outlook.
