Take care of your body
Next week many of us will be celebrating Thanksgiving, and facing both joys and challenges that any holiday brings. Are you looking forward to it or dreading it? This year I invite you to have a mindful holiday by embracing moderation in food and drink, by regulating spirited discussions, and by making sure that your body gets to move.
If you are traveling for the holidays, try this simple yoga practice that doesn’t require much space. You can do it on an airplane, train, bus or car (not while you are driving, of course 🙂 The first part of the practice focuses on the neck, and the second part targets the hips. I hope that you take care of yourself over the holidays.
