Yoga “snack” for hiking

Hiking usually involves uneven surfaces and some elevation; you often end up going up hill, down hill, and side stepping for extended periods of time. This means that your ankles, knees, and hips need to be warmed up and ready for that challenge. In this short practice, we will warm up your calves and shins, enagage your thighs, activate your glutes, and awaken your outer hips, all in the space of 8 minutes. We will also warm up your back and neck, so that your entire body feels more comfortable. Please give it a try and let me know what you think!
